Founder
Sally Ngoiri is the founder and creative force behind Kick Ass Films. A filmmaker, writer and producer, she leads the company’s creative vision and is passionate about telling bold, meaningful stories while creating opportunities for women and young people in the film industry. She oversees the development of projects, partnerships and the company’s creative direction, bringing together storytelling, talent development and innovative content creation.

Rose Ngoiri provides funding and strategic support to Kick Ass Films. She plays an important role in helping the company bring its creative projects and vision to life, supporting its growth and continued development.
